Board meetings

The Trust, following national guidance on keeping people safe during COVID-19, has stopped holding meetings in public during this time.

The next meeting of the Trust’s Board of Directors to be held in public session will take place on Tuesday 7 July between 10.30am and 12.45pm.

In light of COVID-19, the Trust will deliver the Board agenda through a live streaming meeting using Microsoft Live Events.

The agenda and papers are now available - see the accordian below. The link for this live streamed event is now available. On clicking the link to enter the meeting on 7 July, a holding slide will say that the meeting is about to go live. Only members of the Trust Board of Directors are permitted to present on camera and use a microphone to speak. Apple devices such as iPhone, iPad or Mac are not compatible with Microsoft Live Events. 

A summary of the items discussed at the meeting will be available online seven days after the meeting.

Questions that are applicable to the agenda, and at the Chair’s discretion, can be sent by email to the Board Secretary Sue Turner – email Sue.Turner17@nhs.net – up to 48 hours prior to the meeting and a response will be provided by the Board at the next meeting.  

Full details around Trust Public Board meetings and future arrangements will be made available on the Trust’s website and shared with Trust members as soon as possible.

Can I submit a question to the Board of Directors?

Yes - questions will be considered by the Trust Chair if they are sent by email to the Board Secretary up to 48 hours before the meeting. If the Chair believes the question is relevant to an item on the meeting's agenda, a response will be provided by the Board at the meeting.  Email your question to our Board Secretary.
