If there are any matters that concern you about our service, your treatment or care, please raise this with any member of staff or with the Patient Advice and Liaison Service department.
Making a formal complaint If you are not satisfied with the response, you can make a formal complaint. Your complaint will be treated with sensitivity and understanding. A full investigation will be undertaken and you will receive a response from the Chief Executive. You can also find our ‘how to complain’ leaflets on wards, in day centres and in mental-health centres in the community.
